So what has been going on in the life of Laura?

I turned 23. That was ghey.

I test drove that FTO, and now I want one even more.

I’m leaving my job, for a list of reasons as long as my arm. Many other people have left/are leaving.

I got another job, I start in a week. In Limerick. Which means I get to live with my fantastic boyfriend of 3 and a 1/2 years. We’ve already got a place to live. I’m so excited; it’s like a dream come true! I also get to see all my friends and go mountain biking again.

I wonder a lot why I ever moved to Meath.

Milton now measures 4’3 and is eating weaner rats, my fish are over 3 years old.

One cold, dark, night in April I hit a pothole the size of a crater, and it fucked two tyres and alloys up. Little 7 and a 1/2 stone waif, me, had to change the tyre with no torch (I’ve bought one now) on the side of a busy road. No one stopped to even ask was I all right. 50 cars passed me. Then after all that the car wouldn’t start so I had to roll it backwards into a field and jump-start it before it rolled into a lake. Then the lights wouldn’t work. BAD night. I try to claim from the council whose fault it obviously was, for tyres and tracking and they refuse twice. I will now bring them to court. I hate the fucking council. I’m not going down without a fight.

2 years later, my claim for an accident has been settled. Woohoo!
